ABOUT MEL AT HOME
MELANIE JOHNSON is a chef and food writer. She was born in Australia, raised between the Austrian mountains and the British countryside, and is now based in London where she lives with her daughter, Lilybee, and their beloved cockapoo Arthur.
She is a Leith's trained chef, host of London supper clubs and now the founder of the Mel at Home online store.
Melanie is the food columnist at Country Life magazine where she has been sharing her recipes in her Kitchen Garden Cook column every week for almost a decade.
Bundt is Melanie's first book. It was published by Ebury Press, Penguin books in November 2022.
